Outdoor Setup & Weather Policy

Rain & Wind

The 360 Photo Booth and outdoor backdrops will not be set up or operated in rain or unsafe wind conditions. Rain, wet surfaces, and strong winds can create safety hazards and may cause damage to electronic equipment, backdrops, and other components of the setup.

Extreme Wind Conditions

If wind conditions are considered unsafe, RK 360 Photo Booth Rentals reserves the right to suspend, modify, relocate, or cancel the outdoor setup at its discretion. This includes situations where wind may compromise the stability of the booth, backdrop, lighting, props, or other equipment.

Extreme Heat & Shade Requirements

During periods of extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight, the client must provide a sufficiently shaded and protected area for the Photo Booth equipment.

Acceptable coverage may include:

• ✦ A tent or canopy
• ✦ A covered patio
• ✦ An indoor or climate-protected area
• ✦ Another location that provides adequate shade and protection from direct sunlight

If adequate shade or protection is not available, setup or operation may be delayed, limited, relocated, suspended, or canceled to protect the equipment and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

Weather-Related Relocation or Rescheduling

We strongly recommend that clients hosting outdoor events have a suitable indoor or covered backup location available.

Outdoor setups may be relocated, modified, suspended, canceled, or rescheduled at the discretion of RK 360 Photo Booth Rentals when weather or site conditions are determined to be unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.

Safety will always take priority over completing an outdoor setup.
